Shriners Children’s Shreveport is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief of Staff to lead our multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient clinic. This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic physician with a passion for pediatric specialty care, a commitment to academic excellence, and strong leadership capabilities. The Chief of Staff will serve as the senior clinical leader, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care across our service lines, which include pediatric orthopedics (spine, hand, neuromuscular), sports medicine, oral and maxillofacial surgery, rheumatology, genetic services, and spasticity management.
